Kanczuk, former Director of Economic Policy at the Central Bank and former Secretary of Economic Policy at the Ministry of Finance, is Macroeconomics Director at ASA. Kanczuk has a degree in Engineering from ITA, a Master's and PhD in Economics from the University of California, a post-doctorate in Economics from Harvard University and was a full professor of Macroeconomics at USP for 20 years.

Fabiano Zimmermann
Head | Fixed IncomeFabiano Zimmermann holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Business Management from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora - MG, as well as a Master's degree in Economics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Over his 17 years in the market, he has worked as a Trader, Portfolio Manager, and Director of Investments at CAIXA DTVM. He has also served as Head of Fixed Income, Variable Income, and Multimarket Funds at BV Asset. Now, at ASA, he is responsible for the fixed income funds.

Filippe Santa Fé
Head | Hedge FundsFilippe Santa Fé has a degree in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP and a master's degree in Economics from FGV-EESP. With over 15 years' experience in the financial market, Santa Fé has worked at BNP Paribas, Mauá Sekular, Black River Asset Management and Itaim Asset. In 2020 he joined ASA, where he is responsible for the Hedge Funds.

Martim Fass
Head | Real EstateMartim Fass holds a degree in administration from UFSC. He started his career in 1998 and since 2004 he has been dedicated to the real estate market. He was partner and head of real estate funds at Rio Bravo until 2010, later he spent 9 years at Safra Asset Management and, in 2020, he founded CORE Real Estate At ASA he is responsabible for the real estate investment area.

Dimas Ramos
Head | Quant FundsDimas Ramos has a degree in civil engineering from the Federal University of Alagoas and a master's degree in Industrial Engineering from PUC-Rio. For 7 years he was a manager and partner at quantitative fund manager Giant Steps Capital. At ASA, he is responsible for the Quant Funds.

Marcelo Nantes de Souza
HEAD | EQUITIESMarcelo Nantes holds a degree in Aeronautical Mechanical Engineering from ITA – Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica and an MBA from the University of Virginia - Darden School Has COA certification and has been working in the Capital Markets since 2006. He worked in the strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions area at Cargill Inc in Minneapolis, at Black River Asset Management, Ashmore Emerging Markets Management, Ventor Investimentos as an equities manager. In 2018, he joined BRAM and served as CIO. In 2021, he became one of the founders of Tower Three Asset Management. At ASA, manages equities business.

Emerson Dantas
Head | ASA DistressedEmerson Dantas is a lawyer, with a postgraduate degree in business management from FGV. With more than 20 years of experience in the areas of litigation and distressed asset management, he worked at Banco Safra and Recovery BTG Pactual. At ASA, he is responsible for ASA Distressed, a credit rights investment fund focused on managing distressed assets.

Carlos Miguel Costa
Head | ASA FIDCThe head of the ASA's credit fund has 35 years of market experience, 17 of them at Banco Safra, where he worked in the commercial and product areas, reaching the head of the Middle Market segment. With passages through BCN and Boston banks, Carlos Miguel has extensive knowledge and experience in the Middle Market segment, occupying leadership positions in these institutions.

Jeferson Bittencourt
Head | MacroeconomicsJeferson Bittencourt has a bachelor's and master's degree in Economics from UFRGS. He was Secretary of the National Treasury and has 25 years' experience in the area of fiscal policy, 19 years of which in the Ministry of Finance/Economics, where he also held the posts of Special Deputy Secretary of Finance and Undersecretary of Fiscal and Tax Policy at the Secretariat of Economic Policy, among others. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors and Fiscal Council of state-owned companies. At ASA he is responsible for the Macroeconomics team.

Ernesto Chayo
Head | Investor RelationsErnesto Chayo holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Babson College. He was a member of the J.Safra Group, where he worked for three decades, starting his career in private banking. Chayo participated in the structuring of the personal banking segment at Banco Safra and was responsible for the entire investment area of that institution. At ASA, is responsible for the Investor Relations area.
